Above are a few items that have made my "favorites" list for October.

If you don't know by now, I am obsessed with J. Crew, cardigans, and sassy boots.

I also love anything fashionable!

I may not purchase each item on my favorites list, but I like to share with you what I think is hot right now!

I feel it is great to add low end pieces and high end pieces together to come up with a perfect, polished look.

I actually own the True Religion Jeans and the M.A.C. Lipstick.

Even though the jeans were a little pricey, the look was totally worth it.

This picture does not do them justice. The emblem on the back is embellished with shiny rhinestone like detailing. Also, I have yet to see anyone else with them on.

I can put them on with a Forever 21 top and look totally "put together"!

I'm not saying it is smart to blow money on things just to be exclusive, but what they heck, all work and no play is no fun!

Also, we must all admit it does feel good to have on something everyone else thinks is hot.

Come on, let's be real!

Tory Burch

I am really feeling the Tory Burch line. Her fashions are so simple and classy, but yet very detailed and fashionable.

I purchased a pair of ballerina flats that are sooo comfortable and a wallet/clutch that I just adore. Here are some of my favorites for this fall. I am on a strict budget for the rest of this year so I may not buy any of them, but a girl can dream.

Hot Teez!

If you are looking for some great t-shirts to show off your natural beauty, you must visit my friend Dymesha at Trendy Teez. I highlighted her creations on an earlier blog and I must say I receive so many compliments on the tees when I wear them. I have both the Afro Diva Tank and Tee in black. The beading and design is fabulous!


Here is another beautiful addition to her collection and I must say, not only are they classy, original, great quality and fly, they are also very affordable. They wash very well and hold their shape too. I love t-shirts and usually, it is very hard to find tees that represent who I am and are quality pieces as well. And don't think they are only for summer. You can rock her tees with a blazer or casual jacket, some jeans and a pair of fly boots. You can also pair them under a suit for a differnet kind of fly flavor. I did that with an Obama t-shirt and it rocked.

1. Carol's Daughter Jamaican Punch Shea Souffle - This is great for dry skin and the smell is so delightful.

2. Carol's Daughter Pearls Perfume - It really goes well with the Shea souffle and it is a must have if you like to smell sweet enough to eat.

3. Christian Dior Dior Show Mascara - Goes on great without clumping and is really dark, but subtle. This mascara makes my eyes pop and I only use it and some lip gloss and off I go.
